Iperion today released the results of its annual customer satisfaction survey in which the overall Iperion experience for the business units Information Systems and GxP Cloud Computing has been rated a 7.9.

The survey results provide evidence of the current state of Iperion’s approach to customer delivery and customer orientation. In scope were the Iperion processes within the business units Information Systems and GxP Cloud Computing which directly influence customer processes such as support and project delivery.

Almost all customers shared their perspectives that impact customer satisfaction. Survey results highlight the appreciation customers have for our approach:

  • Customers are very satisfied with the values and willingness to help;
  • Customers find the product knowledge exceptionally good;
  • Iperion standards and values are perceived as high added value by the customers;
  • Overall project management and project management method that is in place within Iperion is considered as competent.

As a learning organisation, Iperion is focused on continuous improvement. Based on the survey results and in order to even more improve the high standard Iperion is already taking regarding its customer delivery process, several improvement activities are addressed of which the customers are informed. By creating an open atmosphere for continuous improvement, we can contribute by meeting customer goals. Therefore, a continuous effort will be undertaken to comply with customer expectations.
